What is an Escape Room?

Escape rooms are themed social adventures that require collaboration, communication, and creativity. These interactive experiences allow for you to work together with friends, family or colleagues to put your teamwork, puzzle-solving, and trivial expertise to the test. Escape rooms are a fun way for game players to challenge themselves through an alternative way of storytelling by immersing themselves in a whole other world

Who hosts the escape rooms?

Where are you located?

We are located at 135 Old Hamilton Road in Marietta, sandwiched between Green Meadows and Oregon Parks. You may have driven by and seen a disc golf course. That’s us!

Is previous experience required?

No. Each room has a varying degree of difficulty, but we encourage you to play no matter how hard the room may be because:
  1. We have a game master who can gauge how much help you may need.
  2. It’s fun.

How many people can play?

Each of our games can have up to six players.

Are we really locked in?

No. Some rooms may appear to have a physical lock to be solved in order to escape, but all entry doors remain unlocked for the duration of the game.

How much does it cost?

$90 and each room is completely private.

Do you issue refunds? What is your cancellation policy?

Yes. Registration fees are 100% refundable when the department cancels the activity. A participant wishing to withdraw from an activity that has not been cancelled by the department must provide a request at least seven days before the scheduled start date. They may receive 100% credit to the family's account or may request a refund. Within the week prior to the scheduled start of an activity refund/credits will not be given except for verified medical/hardship cases. Refunds for payment made by cash or check will be received approximately 2-4 weeks after the refund is requested.

The glory of a game well played and the kudos of all with whom you choose to share your merriment.

Is this appropriate for children?

We do list a rating for each room to help guide whether you would deem it appropriate for your children. The puzzles and game play are typically aimed at ages 12 and up, but all rooms are thematically what we would list as either PG or PG-13.

How do I register?

You can call 678-978-2557 and register over the phone or you can register online on Civic Rec.

Do you have COVID guidelines?

Each room is thoroughly cleaned between each game. Additionally, Cobb County PARKS does require face coverings be worn for all classes, programs and events. All those entering the facility will be temperature checked and provided hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or above will not be allowed to enter or participate in an activity.

Would this be a good team building exercise?

Absolutely! Escape rooms are some of the best ways to test your team’s mettle.

Yes, we most definitely work with corporate groups and other organizations. Contact us with date requests and we are happy to work with you.
